Päätös

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Pelastusarmeijan Säätiö sr :n Puistolantie 6 / Koudantie 1 uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Pelastusarmeijan Säätiö sr on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen
Puistolantie 6 / Koudantie 1 uudiskohteen rakentamiseksi Suurmetsään.

Hankkeeseen tulee 162 vuokra-asuntoa ikääntyneille. Tontti on oma. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä 4 442 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke on kaupungissa tarpeellinen ja soveltuu erinomaisesti alueelle. Kaupunki pitää erittäin tärkeänä tämän hankkeen nopeaa etenemistä.
