Päätös

Asumispalvelupäällikkö päätti puoltaa Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:n Heka Myllypuro Myllärintie 10 uudisrakennushankkeen korkotukilainahakemusta.

Päätöksen perustelut

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy on jättänyt korkotukilainahakemuksen Heka Myllypuro Myllärintie 10 uudiskohteen rakentamiseksi Vartiokylään.

Hankkeeseen tulee 72 vuokra-asuntoa tavanomaiseen asumiseen. Tontti vuokrataan Helsingin kaupungilta. Hankinta-arvo on yhteensä
4 964 €/asm².

Helsingissä on tarvetta monipuoliselle, kohtuuhintaiselle asuntotuotannolle. Hanke soveltuu kaupungin asuntokantaan ja markkinatilanteeseen, eikä hankkeen toteuttamiselle ole esteitä kaupungin näkökulmasta. Kaupunki pitää tärkeänä tämän hankkeen nopeaa etenemistä.
